Pears, Peaches & Strawberries Stage 2
Ingredients: 3 cups strawberries, cored 2 cups pears, peeled, cored and chopped 1.34 cups peaches, pitted and chopped Directions: Place pears and peaches in saucepan, just covering with water.Ā Simmer gently until tender.Ā Drain water.Ā Transfer pears, peaches and strawberries to blender.Ā Puree until desired consistency is reached, adding water if needed.
Mango, Apple & Carrot Puree Stage 2
Wonderful Stage 2 Food! Ingredients 1/2 cup chopped baby carrots 1 cup chopped mango 1 cup peeled and chopped apple Preparation Put carrots in a steamer pot over boiling water for 3 minutes. 2. Add mango and apple for 2 minutes or until everything is fork tender. 3. Put in a food processor until smooth. 4. Cool and serve.

Yogurt Silly Putty

Make sure itās a yogurt without chunks of fruit. Directions: Mix together 1 cup of yogurt and 3/4 cups of corn starch When the mixture is no longer sticky, pick it up and roll the putty into a ball (to further mix the yogurt and corn starch) If itās too sticky, sprinkle in additional corn starch. Avocado Puree Stage 1
Ingredients 1 organic avocado, mashed Instructions If Serving Fresh / Immediately Mash the avocado with a fork or blend it in a food processor. Mix with breastmilk, formula or water to reach desired consistency. If Freezing Mash the avocado with a fork or blend it in a food processor. Divide into ice cube trays, wrap/cover, and freeze.
