    07/07 /1 Comment

I now have a new Top 5 towns that I love, Savannah! We only spent a day and a half but it was amazing! My first major was Marine Biology but History was also a love and history was what we were immersed in this trip. We stayed at a quaint Inn and while it wasn’t the perfect stay, it was beautiful. So why should you add Savannah to your bucket list? Savannah’s Squares! There are 22 total and all are unique and tell a story. They are like small parks that stay green year round. We walked 19 of the 22 and wow we were tired! You will see…

    A Weekend In Hendersonville NC

    06/24 /3 Comments

In December we decided to do a weekend trip sans toddler to Hendersonville, NC. Hendersonville is a city just outside of Asheville. Hendersonville is a quaint little town (okay second largest in Western Carolina) and has officially made it to the list of my Top 10 towns I love! We stayed at The Charleston Inn, an adorable B&B, within walking distance of town. We were visiting The Biltmore for the candlelight Christmas tour, but wanted to be further away from Asheville. Don’t get me wrong I love Asheville with all my soul, but the change of scenery was needed. After our 3 hour drive to get to Hendersonville we stopped…

Camping with a toddler sounds daunting, but it doesn’t have to be! You can learn from my experience and make it a successful trip! As many of you know already we took Coop camping for the first time a few weeks ago. I would like to say it was 100% successful but I would be fibbing to you! While it was a great learning experience, I will definitely do a few things different for our next adventure. I was anxiety driven as this was the first time camping with a toddler. I wanted everything to be perfect and being the OCD individual I am thought I had it all figured…

    Lil Hands Breakfast Ideas

    02/27 /2 Comments

My lil dude likes variety when it comes to his food. I don’t blame him being a foodie myself, so I have come up with creative ways to incorporate fruit & veggies into his breakfast. So far they have all been a huge success!   Snowman Banana French Toast:             1 egg Splash of milk 3-4 slices of bread of choice ½ banana Cinnamon Cardamom EVOO for skillet Cookie cutter shape of choice, I used a snowman Whisk egg & milk together until blended. Mash banana in the egg mixture. It is okay if lumpy. Push bread slices in the mixture, both sides, until well…
