Not Your Same Ole Oatmeal
I have been experimenting the past couple of days with ways to make oatmeal for Coop. He is very hands on with his food and a bowl of oatmeal just won’t do. I have come up with two great recipes and both have been a success! Let me know how they work out for y’all and enjoy! Perfect for lil hands and just the right amount of sweetness. Best Ever! Zucchini Bread
I have made a ton of zucchini bread with different variations and have finally found THE BEST EVER! I have made this twice this week already and have requests for more. This recipe is perfect consistency, flavor and balance of spice with sweet. Of course you can always substitute things such as sugar, oil and spices but as this one is it really is perfect! Pork Roast BBQ Nachos
So far this is one of my favorite nacho recipes! It is a touch of Southern mixed with Mexican flavors which come together in a mouth watering dish! Shredded Pork Tacos
Oh my word these are amazing! We are typically a 2 to 3 taco per person in our house. I had 5 and lost count how many my hubby ate! So good and easy since the pork is precooked and shredded from the weekend. Pork The Other White Meat
A couple of weeks ago I cooked a 3lb pork roast on the grill. I didn’t realize how much meat that would render but I soon learned you can eat on that for a week easy! Skillet Chicken N Biscuit Pie
Okay it isn’t fair to call it Chicken Pot Pie since there is no pie, so I am calling it Chicken N Biscuit Pie! This is so ridiculously easy and quick, perfect for a weeknight meal! Four ingredients is it, not including seasoning of course. I know I will have at least two chicken dishes through the week so on Sunday’s I cook up chicken breasts. Skillet Shepherds Pie
This is hands down one of my favorite dishes! It is meat and potatoes so what’s not to love, right! Leftovers are minimal and this is super easy to make. I don’t have exact measurements for my seasonings as smell is how I gauge my dishes. You can also substitute minced garlic for garlic powder, or use both. Hope y’all enjoy!
