Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are a must and I tend to make a crazy amount because they don’t make it to the table if I don’t! Again super easy and can make ahead. Recipe is for a dozen but you can definitely make more!

Yia Yia’s Sweet Potato Casserole
AKA Goodness! I was introduced to this sweet potato recipe by my husbands Yia Yia years ago and it is so darn good I can’t stand it! The sweet goodness and crispy topping make this a dish that is not for the faint at heart. Serve it on a dessert plate to truly highlight its deliciousness. It is not diet friendly either but hey, it’s only twice a year right? Hope y’all enjoy this as much as my family does.

Caviar of the South
Okay y’all let’s talk pimento cheese! Now that I am back in the Good Ole South I am introducing foods to Coop that he can’t get enough of! Pimento cheese is one of those foods! Pimento cheese can be served as a spread or in a sandwich. I made Coop a pimento cheese quesadilla the other night that he gobbled right up. Mix it with mashed yolks for a twist on deviled eggs! Again the possibilities are endless.…
