Brioche French Toast
We are bread lovers no doubt and anytime I can incorporate bread into any of my meals, I have one happy family! Coop is recovering still from croup so we didn’t get to church today. I decided a full breakfast was in order. French Toast, sausage and fruit. I love a hearty bread for French Toast and you can’t go wrong with brioche. It is a bit more expensive, but the texture is perfect! There are a ton of variations to French Toast and this is mine. Hope y’all enjoy!

I always have a hard time deciding what to do with ground beef. This is a quick recipe that is super tasty! I make my lil dude some ground beef seasoned only with salt and pepper. I make him a mini burrito with the S&P seasoned beef, black beans and avocado. Vegetable Beef Soup Crock-Pot
This is so insanely easy and a real life saver during a busy week! You can double the recipe and freeze some if you would like. My lil dude also loves all of the ingredients especially when I make homemade cornbread to go with it! Ingredients: 1.5lbs beef tips cut bite size Vegetable broth 2 bags of frozen mixed vegetables Frozen diced potatoes 1 can petite diced tomatoes 1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix Elbow macaroni or other small pasta Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Combine all ingredients in crock-pot minus macaroni noodles.
