Exercise After Baby!
So I rode my bike yesterday and ran for the first time today. I accomplished two miles running and though it took me 21 minutes I feel great! I use Runtastic to keep log of all of my activities and you can view my run to see what it looks like. I learned a couple of things while I am getting back to exercising. I have great running shorts by Nike and I put a pad in them to absorb what I can’t…
Postpartum What?
Okay ladies and gents it is a topic no one wants to talk about but it is a fact of life and it happens. If you have been following my posts you will know we are now home with our lil one and attempting to adjust. Of course we were both sick when we came home but that passed after the first week or so. You also will experience who-ha (lady part) sensations unlike any other and then your first umm pooh happens! Your milk does not come in for a few days, which to me is a cruel joke via…

You have your bag packed, birth plan in hand, hubby has camera and his overnight bag, now waiting on baby! I started dilating on a Monday and did not have any real labor pains. I have read other mom’s tell their experience that they felt nauseated, had cramps and a laundry list of symptoms. I did not have any of this. I had, this baby is out of room, I can’t breathe and it is time! After seeing our Dr. early Thursday morning and instantly crying when she asked me how I was she agreed it was time. She sent me upstairs and the game was on! So I thought……
