Got this recipe from a friend of mine and I love empanada’s! If you have older kids, this is fun to make with them. Prep Harina Pan as indicated on package. My husband asked me if I was okay with the way we are spending New Years Eve. Sitting on the couch, drinking hot tea while our little one is tucked in snug as a bug fast asleep.
