    Cast Iron Skillet Lasagna

    I love love love lasagna! We haven’t been able to find a spot I consider great since moving to Colorado so I decided to make my own! I used my cast iron skillet of course and couldn’t be happier with the results. Okay maybe a touch more sauce, cause I like it saucy, would have been my only change. Can’t wait for y’all to try it and let me know what you think! I used regular-boil lasagna noodles since I personally am not a fan of oven ready.
