This is so insanely easy and a real life saver during a busy week! You can double the vegetable soup recipe and freeze some if you would like. My lil dude also loves all of the vegetables and beef especially when I make homemade cornbread to go with it! I promise you will not find a better soup for those cold nights than this one!
1.5lbs beef tips cut bite size
2 bags of frozen mixed vegetables
Frozen diced potatoes
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix
Elbow macaroni or other small pasta
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot minus macaroni noodles. Add water to the desired level/amount of soup. Add macaroni noodles the last hour of cooking. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
