Eating healthy during pregnancy is important for you and your baby. It can be confusing to know which foods are safe to eat during pregnancy and which ones you should avoid.

If you are lactose intolerant then you may want to consider eating yogurt instead. You can use it to make smoothies or eat the yogurt by itself to get some of the calcium that you need.

 

Seafood

Water

You need to stay hydrated all the time but during pregnancy staying hydrated is even more important. Your body will try to keep your baby as hydrated as possible. If you’re not careful this can result in a deficit for you.

 

When you become dehydrated during pregnancy you may experience headaches, fatigue, and anxiety. Increasing your water intake is good for both you and your baby; it can also help to prevent constipation during pregnancy.

 

Prenatal Vitamins are also a great help while pregnant. They will assist when you can’t take in enough whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
