When you find a combo that’s both nutritious and naturally sweet, you make it on repeat — and this Zucchini and Apple Purée has been a favorite in our house. It’s gentle on tiny tummies, packed with vitamins, and perfect for babies transitioning into Stage 2 blends.

The best part? It takes just a few ingredients and only a few minutes to whip up!

🍽 Ingredients

  • 1 apple (sweet varieties like Gala or Honeycrisp work great)

1. Prep the Produce

Peel the apple and zucchini, then slice into even pieces so they cook evenly.

2. Cook Until Soft

Place everything in a small saucepan and add enough water to just cover the fruit and veggies.
