Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pan
In a medium saucepan saute apples and blueberries until apples are a lil soft. I used a lil bit of water to saute but can use maple syrup as your liquid.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients
In a different bowl combine wet ingredients (minus fruit)
Mix wet and dry ingredients
Using a scoop add mixture to muffin pan
Top mixture with your fruit and gently press to mix in
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack
