Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Bake

Perfect for lil hands and just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Quick Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Banana mashed
  • 3/4 cups Almond Milk can use regular milk
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 pan. 

  2. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients

  3. In a different bowl combine wet ingredients and banana (not the blueberries yet) 

  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients and fold in blueberries

  5. Pour mixture into pan and smooth out

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until lightly golden
