PrintPimento Cheese
Another from a vintage cookbook with a twist.
- 3/4 c Mayo
- 1 4oz Jar pimentos drained
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Cinder Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 lb Mild Cheddar Cheese grated
Mix together mayo, pimentos, honey, vinegar, S&P. Add grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
